* Added an option to specify the Field Separator used in the filenames of the Entries.
* Added an option to allow spaces to be included next to the Field Separators used in the filenames of the Entries.
* Added an option to specify the allowed case used in the filenames of the Entries.
* Added an option to select if the case of filenames should be changed when the Entries are added to the database.
* Added functionality to import member data from a .csv file. This feature can be used to transfer member detail
  from one computer to another or to export member data, update or change the data in the file and import it again.
* Fixed a bug which caused the Member grid to not display a newly added member immediately after he/she was added.
